I was raised in Dayton, TX and went to high school at Dayton High. I have showed pigs and cattle since elementary and have won many awards in TJLA sanctioned, school, county, and major shows. I have won Grand champion honors more than fifty times during my showing career. I also livestock judged since junior high school and placed first at Sam Houston State, Tarleton Invitation as well as state competition and also placed in the top ten at numerous judging events. I also was a member of the Sam Houston State judging team where i attended and majored in Animal Science. I have coached the dayton 4-h livestock judging team and they received first place at the county level competing against two hundred other teams. I also sold show cattle for a short time where the exhibitors received first in class, reserve grand champion, as well as grand champion. Certified through Texas A&M university I practice Artificial insemination and embryo transfer. I have worked with ranchers in numerous states breeding their cattle producing better herds. Livestock judging is a passion of mine as well as the cattle industry and I would love to judge any swine, steer, breeding beef, or commercial heifer show.
